Chardelle Busch, Ph.D., founder of ProMoodle, has been a contributor to Moodle since April, 2003 when she first started using Moodle for her online consulting business.  Since then, she has supported Moodle by participating in forums and contributing code. In particular, ProMoodle has been maintaining and developing code for the certificate module for Moodle since 2006.
